Congratulations to CMS student Spencer B., who is performing in the Mosaic Lizard Theater production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, in Alhambra.

This long, one-act musical comedy was conceived by Rebecca Feldman from a book by Rachel Sheinkin. The show centers on a fictional spelling bee set in a geographically ambiguous Putnam Valley Middle School. Six quirky adolescents compete in the Bee, run by three equally-quirky grown-ups.

The Young Artist Workshop production will perform on Saturdays in August at 1:00 PM. $10 for general admission, $8 for students.
